Andy and April bonding in "Hunting Trip." It's one of the first times in the series we really see April smiling. There's just something charming about seeing the cynical, bickering Parks Department putting on a funny holiday skit and apparently enjoying it. 
In an odd way, the opening is this as well.The entire ending of "Christmas Scandal", from the department waiting for Leslie to light the tree to them welcoming her back to work.
"Sister City": After Leslie tears up the Venezuelans' check, Tom secretly takes all the tips he earned making himself the Venezuelans' errand-boy and donates it all towards the park fund. In the earlier episodes of Season 3, instead of creating a Love Triangle conflict between April's new boyfriend Eduardo and Andy, it creates a funny friendship between them. It's because of this that every episode is guaranteed to have several little moments that make you feel good. 
Most shows with this premise would be Black Comedies, while Parks and Rec not only shows Leslie's effort succeeding but also inspiring those around her into doing good.
